TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PAYMENT AND RETURNS POLICY
All designs featured on this website are for sale and can be ordered on-line. The website is designed for customers to create their own unique piece of jewellery.
To order your piece/s please go to the order page and follow the procedure for placing an order or commission.
Once you have all the details you must then contact Julia via e-mail, post or by phone to order.
Any quotes requested will be sent within 7 working days.
Once your final order has been received you will receive notification of confirmation via e-mail. Please state on the request if you do not have e-mail and notification will be sent by post.
Payment will then be required: via cheque or bank transfer.
Cheques are made payable to Julia Campagnola or Juici.

Once payment has been received your order will be delivered by post within 30 days.
Please allow £4.50 for package and posting.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any work bought from us, you can receive a full refund (excluding delivery costs) by returning the work to us within ten days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of returning the work to us in its original condition and of insuring it during transit, except where the work is faulty or the wrong work has been dispatched.
The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Commissioned Work
For all commissions it may be necessary for a meeting to be arranged before purchase i.e wedding rings, tiaras or bespoke items. Wherever possible this can be arranged.

When you register as a customer with Juici with you will be asked for some personal details that will help us to identify you and enable us process your request. This information remains with Juici and is not used for any other purposes.
